Tess is a Food Product Designer working to design and develop novel food products that can lead us to a healthier and more sustainable food future. Tess is skilled in design thinking and front end innovation. Tess is a Food Scientist and Human Nutrition expert, with education from McGill and Northwestern Universities. Tess has developed breakthrough food innovations across multiple categories including sports nutrition, underleveraged/upcycled ingredients, synthetic biology and meat/dairy alternatives, sports nutrition, psychoactive consumables, and baked snacks. Her mission is to foster feasibility-grounded design thinking. Tess is currently the Head of Product Innovation at Factor.
