My journey began with my passion for biology, specifically in the context of plant development amidst ongoing climate change. After completing my Bachelor's degree, I embarked on a year of work and travel in Canada.
Upon returning to Germany, I seized the opportunity to work for DLD, one of Europe's most innovative conferences, as a Project Manager. This role exposed me to the significant challenges within Food Systems, which I further explored during my EIT Food Masters program at the universities of Hohenheim, Turin, and Aarhus.
Throughout my studies, I developed an ongoing interest in Alternative Proteins, leading me to co-found the Alt Protein Project at EIT Food. Currently, as a Business Development Manager at Neggst, I am dedicated to mainstreaming Alternative Proteins beyond their 'alternative' status.
