Maria is a Biological Engineer that has also studied Chemical Engineer. She worked for several years in Innovation and Digital Transformation and took a Post-Graduation in Sustainable Management. In regards with Food, and having worked for a big portuguese retailer, she launched Continente Food Lab, a concept where innovative brands enter retail in test-mode, being able to fully explain their products in a reserved area under a specific label. At the moment she has a sustainability channel with three other women, explaining things simply and practically.
