I am a sustainability-driven serial entrepreneur with a background in design and branding and a passion for all things food. After a decade of designing innovative solutions for big food companies and challenger start-ups, together with my partners from Department 22, we set up Moree, providing a reusable packaging system for food brands with the mission to eliminate single-use packaging from groceries. Prior to Moree, life took me from Belgrade to Moscow to Venice to Paris to London. Along the way, I picked up those 5 languages, a design degree in Italy, and an MA/MSc from Royal College of Art and Imperial College. It also shaped my profile with a mix of Serbian resilience, Russian persistence, Italian sense-for-aesthetics, French joie-de-vivre, and British pioneering spirit. During my 15-year entrepreneurial-consulting career, I am most proud of setting up several businesses through which we taught 5-year-old kids to design on 3D printers, distributed our products worldwide, exhibited my innovations at the museums such as the V&A, and helped multi-billion companies like Sainsbury’s and McDonald’s become more sustainable.
