Clara’s background lies in the consumer goods space, where she has spent the past 6 years navigating both the corporate and entrepreneurial worlds. She started her career at PepsiCo in Insights, working on market positioning and portfolio strategy for brands like Lay’s across Western Europe. Following that, Clara founded Saved Food, an alternative protein startup tackling climate change and a lack of food diversity, which led her to build an entire supply chain from scratch, launch into foodservice, and scale operations across the UK and Europe. This experience gave her firsthand exposure to the challenges founders face, from fundraising to go-to-market execution, and reinforced her passion for supporting early-stage businesses. At the moment, she is pursuing her MBA at London Business School while actively exploring different career avenues. Her long-term ambition is to transition into the agri-food industry, where she can combine her operator experience, strategic thinking, and passion for consumer innovation.
