I'm a biotechnologist passionate about all things sustainability and health. My doctoral research was focused on nitrogen-fixing bacteria for sustainable agriculture, and I co-founded the foodtech startup Zya, working on novel sugar reduction technologies. I'm now based in Copenhagen, where I joined the startup Again on its mission to decarbonize the chemicals industry using CO2-fermenting bacteria.
