I am a food scientist by trade who is constantly excited and intrigued by the world of food tech. I currently work for a company paving the way for animal free dairy in the CPG, with ambitions of tackling other challenges to contribute to a brighter future for the food industry. Personally, I live in Brooklyn and love exploring the city, trying new food spots, travelling to new places around the world, and spending summers trying to learn to surf.
